How often should I get my windows cleaned?

We recommend a quarterly window cleaning schedule for residential properties to maintain year-round cleanliness. Some clients prefer more frequent cleanings, such as monthly or every 8 weeks, for a pristine appearance. For commercial establishments like shops and cafes, we advise a weekly or fortnightly cleaning frequency, which is especially important for businesses serving food.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept bank transfer, cash or cheque. We will generally email you a tax invoice.

What is your policy on late cancellations?

As a business, last minute cancellations affect us greatly. Cancellation with less than 72 hours notice will incur a $50 fee, or 10% of the service cost, whichever is greater. Payment of this fee is due within 24hrs of the cancellation.Any costs incurred recovering late payments will be payable by the client.

Do you clean the tracks when you clean the windows?

Our rates cover glass cleaning services, with the additional benefit of complimentary frame and track wiping during the process. To achieve a more thorough clean of the window tracks, we suggest engaging a general cleaner for the task, as it may necessitate vacuuming. Please note that vacuuming out the tracks falls outside our service scope and falls under general cleaning tasks rather than glass cleaning.

What happens if it rains on the day of my booking?

Do not worry! Rain typically does not necessitate a cancellation. As our cleaning methods enhance your windows' resistance to rain and dirt, inclement weather usually does not impact the clean state of your windows following our service. Our confidence in this process is reflected in our offer of 1-week rain insurance. With this guarantee, if your windows do not maintain their cleanliness due to rain within a week of our service, simply reach out to us, and we will promptly revisit and re-clean them without any additional cost. As Melbourne residents ourselves, we are accustomed to operating in various weather conditions and are willing to do so as long as the safety of the tasks is not compromised.

Do you use any harsh chemicals?

We exclusively utilize environmentally-friendly, plant-safe solutions that pose no risk to your plants, pets, or children. In many instances, our cutting-edge equipment eliminates the need for any chemical usage altogether due to its advanced technology and capabilities.

What if I can't be at the property on the date of the scheduled clean?

Rest assured that hundreds of our clients rely on our cleaning services without being present at home during scheduled cleanings. Our team undergoes stringent police checks, ensuring they are extremely trustworthy individuals. We treat each client's home with the utmost care and respect, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times. Your absence during the cleaning session will not affect the quality of service provided. You can fully trust that your home is in safe hands with our experienced and dedicated team.

What do I need to do in preparation for a clean?

To ensure a smooth and efficient experience, it is recommended that prior to the service, adequate preparations be made depending on the specific service requested. For window cleaning services, kindly ensure any potential obstructions like furniture are relocated and that ledges/sills are free of any items. In the case of pressure washing services, it is advisable to clear away pot plants or outdoor furniture obstructing the designated cleaning area and ensure the area is swept clean. Kindly note that our team members are not insured to handle furniture movement. Your cooperation in these preparations will assist our team in delivering the service promptly and effectively.

What should I do if the roller blinds obstruct the access to remove the flyscreens?

It’s important for the homeowner to ensure that roller blinds are not obstructing access to flyscreens. If the blinds are installed too close to the glass, making it impossible to remove the flyscreens, we won’t be able to handle the removal of blinds ourselves. In this case, it’s best for a handyman, the blind installer, or the homeowner to take care of removing the blinds before we proceed with the cleaning services.
